Just bought a Japanese one and the odometer failed during the Contrôle Technique in France. Bought this and spent a day carefully fiddling - what’s not explained in the video is that you need to peel off the black speedo sticker in order to remove the trip button, otherwise you can’t remove the Speedo needle.
Anyway all good now.
