Not a direct swap; and wouldn't fit with standard cats; so would need some further downpipe parts etc to fit; including bosses for lamda sensors.

Unknown material (mild steel etc.) seller would be able to confirm, and RPI maybe able to advise on the rest of the exhuast config.

Look like coated Headman hedders due to the plate, so probably mild steel.
