Hi, anyone know if the front and rear props are the same as a
300tdi?

Thanks,

Mike.

Edit :- being more precise, it's a rear prop shaft I'm after.

you may get a bargain...
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Land-Rover-Defender-300-TDI-Rear-Propshaft-/272362558240?hash=item3f6a12d320:g:8skAAOSwMgdXw0ED

but the seller may take measurements' if they think they are getting a sale; so you can compare to your own.

Front propshaft is the same as Disco 1 V8. It has a thin shaft, unlike others so it misses exhaust etc. Late RR Classic front is similair, but not sure if exactly the same.

Its probably a bit late for this thread, but been doing some research and 99% sure the following part numbers are for the 50th

FRC8393 [TDI, TD5, V8] Pretty standard approx. £100
FRC8641 [3.9 Discovery with CAT] approx. £400

Maybe useful for anyone doing a future search.

Just picked up a second had disco one for £20 posted, with zero slack in the splines and although i'll replace the UJs these are pretty solid too.

Will be refurbishing (new UJs and Rubber), full strip and re painting and keeping in stock for the future.
