I was out on Friday (12th) up in the fringes of Wharfedale.
After dinner at a old favourite cafe, it was onwards to another well-loved spot.
I spent 20 peaceful minutes down there, with 'Small-Child' (who is 4), who was happy to stand in the water in her wellies.
I'm a bit miffed that it looks blue under the lighting conditions of the day

It's a really nice little group if somewhat eclectic..!
We get out about once a month to the Dales / Peaks / Lakes.
It's entirely up to you but i'm sure you would be most welcome... |

Thanks Allan, but what with (generally) working 2 ouf 3 weekends for the NHS.
SWMBO usually has plans for my free weekend, unless I can wangle a day-release
I mnaged that for the steam rallies at Masham, Nostell Priory, Ackworth & the Scammell Gathering.
Next one is (I hope) Pickering Truck-Fest on 20th/21st August & then Langley Farm |
