Does anyone know what the silver box with the black top that is bolted to the LHS of the gear selector bracket is for please?
There seems to be only few, very thin wires, two come out of the radio extender loom, and there's one that goes to the rear of the tub, LHS which might be a temperature sensor, possibly.....
I'm guessing that is an original fit, due to the age of the black gaffer tape covering the radio loom and the rest of the wires!
I can't find it in the wiring diagrams either. |

I can't remember seeing anything when I removed my centre console. |

Pulled it all out today, found it to be a tracker.......
No idea who was the contracted company providing the service, which is a pity. |
