As my previous post doesn’t seem to have a subject I will repost.

There may not be an answer to this but:

The wheel cover lettering on our Heritage Defender, with the dealer’s details and l/rover logo, has faded and spoils the look of him. Would like to keep the provinance by replacing the lettering. Hunters have just looked at me blankly 🙄🤔 as they don’t sell old hat Defenders any longer.

Any suggestions as to where the wheel covers came from in the first place or, where I could get the lettering redone.

Hope all 50th owners have a great Christmas.

Zoë

Hi Ben,

That is a very kind offer. After loads of help from James the Blyng and Greg I am hoping that a supplier of covers I have contacted can supply a replacement cover and print the original Hunters lettering, and Landie logo,on the new cover.

As Deffie has large bf Goodrich tyres/wheels the profile for the cover has to be larger than for normal road going wheels, so I am told. Just hoping the suppliers live up to their boast of being able to supply just what the customer needs.

My best to you.

Zoë
