Does anyone know of any old stock N/S/F wing tops, I believe it's only the top wing which is different from the standard, also looking for a pair of V8i badges.

Not sure if you mean the wing or the checker tops, if the wing, the outer wing is unique due to no side vent and the extra holes for the roll bar, I am not sure if the tops are common - if may be worth checking to see if any of the brackets for the under bonnet stuff are the same. |

Thanks for the reply, it's the top wing, side wing, and front headlamp surround which holds the headlight. I think the chequer plate is ok. As it's the N/S wing, the 300 and td5 didn't have the side vent, it was only on the O/S, does anyone know if the internal brackets N/S on a td5 or 300 wings are different from the 50th, except the cut out for the roll cage on the side.
Is the side badge part number listed here for the original raised V8 badge or a different one, many thanks again. _________________ Steve

Items 1 and 5 are the brackets for screen bar, but surely these arent damaged??!

The wing has slotted holes where it meets the bulkhead so bolts can be fitted before attaching wing.
Safety devices could supply the brackets and help with dimensions for cutting hole for screen bar. |

ALR3221 Bracket - Fender Mounting may need replacing, hope not, won't know till wing is taken off. When you built the 110 did you cut the holes for the roll cage in standard wings, or did you use 50th wings?
I think there was a thread on safety devices bolts, I'm guessing it would be cheaper to buy any bolts from safety devices, not land rover.
Any idea what the part code is for the large pot rivets that holds the wings alloy tops on?

Unfortunately, the link only provides the front page, if you could post the part number for the L/H/S front wing that would be great, thanks _________________ Steve

You need to copy and paste the whole lot into your browser.
This only gives reference to the special vehicle decals; and confirms the one above is the correct part number for the wing V8 badges.
However - you could find the info for the wing yourself by navigating through the pages (from page 1) - a bit if research and you should find what you need. |
