Fresh respray and wrong seats, but it is probably about the right money for one of them. You'd think they'd valet the interior before advertising it..... |

I was looking at it the other night when it came up, don't know why they haven't done any prep, but a Japanese NAS spec is quite rare! |

Better value now, if it was within the importable vin range to the US I'm sure it would be off to America _________________ James

I'm pretty certain it isn't within the range, my 1997 was chassis number VA1305** and was an October 1997 production making it one month too old to go to USA, that one is VA131*** so is newer and won't be exportable until it is 25 years old |

Yeah it's not in the importable range, if it was it would be off to the US.
I wonder what price it might make when it is exportable. _________________ James

Has anyone looked at this car ? I'm thinking about it as an investment and bringing it here to Canada now, and possibly moving it later to the U.S.
Would make sense being a LHD
Unless I fall in love with it and keep it for my wife or daughter.
Would look good along side GB381.... |

Its a $60,000+ car in North America and can go to Canada now so at £20,000 it was cheap in North American terms, but more interesting than that, the lowest priced one of these on the European site mobile.de is more than Euro 50,000!
Someone is going to grab a bargain with this one, you can't buy one in Japan at that money anymore and this one is already here and tax paid so I think it is actually under priced now. |

The advert links aren't working anymore so it has probably sold, advert was by Ray's Classic Cars if my memory serves correctly. |

Not sure why, but I can help feeling you dodged a bullet there. Suspect it was a bit scruffy underneath which is maybe why it took months to shift ? |

I kept on thinking about going to see it, it was Rays Classics, seemed a bargain and could sit on it till its exportable. _________________ James
