Is it easy to do? Need to remove to clean up seals etc but can't find any guide in the Haynes manual.

Window out job to remove the glass I'm afraid.

yep - v easy... top tip, put a bit of plastic tube over your drill bit to leave about 1cm exposed - then you're not going to accidentally go through any of the internal trims. The rest comes apart easily, and then you just need the new fibre strip to replace in the channel (ebay)
