Paul. I had one as you well know Wink

There's no badging on the rear door, only the standard 'Discovery Tdi' (or V8i) decals, well I've never seen one in all the time I've had mine & been spotting others

The only external badging is on the the front wings below the side-repeater.

Check out my 'WebShots' '50th Anniversary' pages for plenty of images.

PS, When will we see it on 'DOC' & 'Mud-Club'??

Hi Richard,

According to a cutting I have from LRE magazine from November 2003

Article is titled........"New Favourites" and runs from page 10 to 15

On page 15 1st colum to

Quote

"Like the anniversary editions of the Range Rover and Defender, the Discovery Anniversary 50th was finished in Atlantis Blue paint (with White Gold as the alternative option) and it carried special logo badges on the wings and tailgate. Lightstone leatherwas standard, with Boost alloy wheels, seven seats, aircon and various other extras"

End Quote

So as i read it............Tailgate = rear door = badge

I'm only going from the above Confused However the dealer that sold the car to the first owner has told me that NOT all 50th's left Lode Lane wearing badges.........Solihull had to send badges to dealers for fitment as and when they sold the car..........

Now how true that is is anyones quess......... Rolling Eyes

As for piccy on DOC / Mudclub...........I pick up the car on Saturday depending upon weather and time.......Piccies should go up on Saturday night.
