That is terrible! I would be most disappointed as well. That's either the worst quality stainless or mid steel!
I hope they give you a refund so you can go somewhere else!

Yeah that's what you need, best to do it as the plastic where the P, R, D etc is does deteriorate.
Yeah your need to remove the console. Just take your time and it's easy.

Yeah your ball has gone down the shaft. The ball has a plastic bit round it so you may be able to re fit it but might damage the roll deck. Problem is your probably going to need to remove the NAS tun ...
